The grant writing process is extremely important to your success in securing a grant. Many people fail because they because they don't invest the time to acquire the knowledge to write a successful grant proposal.

Once the program has downloaded, double-click to uncompress the file and install the program.

You may locate the program by taking note of the directory that you uncompressed to or by doing a search for "grants-writing.exe" on your hard-drive.

Note: this grant writing tutorial was originally developed by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), but it applies not just to EPA grants but rather to any US government grants proposal writing.
